Sehgahunda Lite

On Sunday, me and three other friends decided to venture out to Letchworth...the first time since the race...just for kicks and giggles, and to see the difference no rain makes.  We had not had any rain for 3 weeks, so the trails and gullies were bone dry - a far cry from the very trails that ate me up and spit me out two months ago.

That said, I played around with a nutrition strategy and felt absolutely awesome for the 12 miles to and from Checkpoint 1.

Mt. Morris Dam
Very low Genesee River

Chuck and Holly look over the river

I don't even recognize this gully bed!

Almost there!

Mud or not, this hill sucks.
